ANIMAL WELFARE

The cows are grass & herb fed, free range 
~ living mostly out on fields I southern Sweden, only inside when it is too cold. 
I am very strict when it comes to the care of the animals, there is no tolerance of abuse or exploitation.
Tallow is actually residual product and is often thrown away by the butcher.
So using tallow is a way of honoring the whole animal.
This process is very much sacred to me.
